Obama has to push the patriots into a civil war and quickly. He has not been able to accomplish his goals -- yet -- so he is doubling down.

Once he gets the uprising, no matter how small it will likely be, then he has his excuse to put the rest of his plan in action.

He is running out of time -- this summer may be the last chance he has to do this, quash the uprising, and then force whatever else he has planned on to the American people.
