2nd, a Palestinian cannot free travel or move anywhere they choose to. They are usually confined within the checkpoint borders, and must have the right id to get through. In other words they r trapped

3rd, the reason a jew OR ARAB would get no protection in a palestinian area is because israeli police don't go in such areas , and in many areas there are no city services such as police , garbage pickup, waste services, utility services etc... the truth is in most palestinian areas they are simply left to fix shit on their own without any help from Cou try/city
