black snakes ..

used to have an outbreak of copperheads..i do mean outbreak..little ones everywhere..matched the ground..nasty..so,not seen them in a while..thankfully..today,there was what looked to be a 10 ft black snake along the side of house..closer look,it was two black snakes,same length,size..5 ft each,ones head right at the others rear..just...going along..i have never seen two snakes together like that.anyone know anything about this..
