Well...I'll take a stab at it, though others might have more helpful answers.

From what people are saying, everybody is experiencing different things and it is constantly changing. My first thought is that your lightning thing simply changed, and it went away. It may come back later, or you will start with something else.

It appears that once all this starts up for a person, it doesn't really go away. And you have a period of it being one thing, and that goes away and something new starts.

I really don't think you did anything wrong. Maybe you can call up that calm feeling from memory and just do it on your own. In a certain way, that's how you were doing it before, anyway.

Also, take note that people report periods of calm and then periods of anxiety or negative type emotions. So, knowing that, you can just hang on during the rough parts and wait for a calm and positive part to come back. ;-)

I don't think you did anything wrong at all. This is just the way things move and progress. Each thing that you experience will give way to something else, then you may feel like you regressed but it will clear for you down the road as everything melds together.

Going out on a limb here but are you an empath because I get the feeling of some deeply spiritual feelings from you. Sadness. Or a conflict or separation between the necessary and the real you are feeling very strongly right now, its like you are torn. A struggle between what you do and something higher and they are conflicting right now in some area of your life. Its hard to put into words honestly and I need to stop now but you don't have to answer me at all but I just wanted to say I see alot of strength in you and you are placed exactly where you are meant to be.

I've always been empathic to all kinds of energies, but this year I'm not sure what to call it or how to distinguish it.

There's too much going on "event" wise in my life (physically/emotionally/environmentally) especially being recently diagnosed with schizophrenia. I just hit some Green, relax and do some breathing exercises/qigong/meditation to channel all the intensities.

I've been upset today, but I got upset at work and that led me to being upset with my sister who has cut me off and that has led me to bitching and moaning at The Lord. Then, The Lord got irritated with me, I think and He wouldn't talk to me.

Now, I'm trying to feel better, but I'm still upset.

You can reach this state best, when your body is cleaned from emotional negativity and hurts. I only got there once.
Had the flashing type of thing still sometimes after that, but never went that far again.

It's good if you can get there.
If you seem to be able to do it atm, then practice meditation. It's a healing for your heart also and it is constructive.

It happens when all your chakras open up and the energy from the earth enters through your feet.
You will only reach the clear vision, if you can open up your heart-chakra fully.

It's been bad for me since last Friday.I woke up with the thought and feeling that someone wants to shoot and kill me.I have been on the receiving end of hate too.Things only got better today.I hope things work out for everyone.

Thread: Has anyone else has a sudden buzzing feeling in their heads the past few days?

I was up all night last night. Big time buzz-saw action going on. It is still very strong this morning.

Laying in bed last night the buzzing got really loud once. Popped my ears and vision went blurry for a moment.

Something has to be going on with the Sun these couple days.
