You will probably not listen to a word I say. Once said I won't say it again. I have had a really hard time since the middle of april. And since then I have been angry at everything. Change ing how I think is a struggle. Though I think I found a way to be better.

Yeah, but I feel the salt gives an extra effect to this.

Everything's gonna be alright.

I think we need to remind us of that in these times.

The most important thing today is, to really be centered inside yourself and not get attached to the chaos of other people's. That is not the same as not caring, it is just for our own health. I didn't see how I've let myself get confused with other people's issues, rather than concentrating on my very own core and do what I gotta do. That is all you need to do. And that is why meditating is so worthwhile nowadays.

I once took a shower at a resort in the Czech mountains, the water was really nice and salty. I can't remember what city it was, but it was the softest shower I ever took. Or was I in Poland? It was close to Czech.

If you remember, you gotta tell me where, sounds nice.

I remember as a child I would often go into the mountains...There was a natural fresh water spring that flowed not to far from home...It came down the mountain like a mini waterfall...It was so soothing to stand under...It felt as if it was cleaning my very soul...

I think there are locations all around the earth just for this...The water from the earth is pure...It heals our soul...Be it fresh water or hot springs...They heal us

So odd I found this thread. I've been nervous as a cat in the past few days. I'm off work for a few weeks and maybe just a change in routine. But I hate this weird feeling. It's like something bad is about to happen but so far nothing.

We lived near mountains too when I was a kid. Maybe I'll get outside in a bit when the rain stops. Something about working in the yard just calms my soul.

OH, finally. Here you are! I have been wanting to ask you a question for a couple of weeks or so, but have been looking for a post from you so I could!

Anyway, I would like your ideas on something.

Quite a while back, when I would lay down to sleep, I would get these white flashes. At first they were so bright that I actually opened my eyes because I thought there was lightning outside or something. (It was like lightning flashed only my eyes were closed.)

Now, It hasn't happened as much lately, but now I have had these internal vibrations.

1.) The lightning flashes aren't happening near as much. Did I do something wrong? (They were very calming)
2.) Ideas about what is going on?

And yes, I have felt very jittery lately. this last weekend, I almost wanted to crawl out of my skin, but it is better now.
