AMAZING VIDEO: Cat saves boy from dog attack in Southwest Bakersfield

Maybe it's just me, but that dog seemed a bit predatory in seeking that kid out and attacking like that...

I agree. As much as I love animals, I think this dog should be put down. There was no provocation on the child's part. It looks like the dog was on the hunt, and found it's prey.Gut feeling tells me this dog will attack again.

As for the cat, there is no doubt that he saved the child from further injury or even death. This cat should be eating premium cat food, salmon, or whatever it likes the best, for the rest of it's life. Hero Kitty !!!

I am definitely NOT a cat person...lean much mroe strongly toward dogs...but THAT is a cat I would be proud to have in my home.

Surveillance cameras outside the home. It looked like a nice neighborhood.
