Does illegal mean not with in the law? What am I missing here? So Major Emanuel will be giving jobs and internships to illegal immigrants. Now a days if you want a job just say your an immigrant who entered the country by illegal means and you'll be provided a job. No resume or background check required. Why don't Americans who have lost there employment just say their an illegal immigrant. It's a no brainer. How can this country allow background checks and/or credit checks (for any prospective employee or tenant, etc.) , any longer if they are pushing this immigration and mass entry over the border program, where there is no way to verify the backgrounds of those entering? This background check thing will have to be abolished or else we have a clear cut case of "selective enforcement" which is not legal and can be sued upon. |
