SLIGHT RISK FOR MO, IL, WI, MN, OK & TX Last year in June, a tornado touched down across the street from my daughters house, which is across the alley from my house. You couldn't see a funnel shape, all we could see was a solid wall of unbelievably strong wind and rain. We were too close to see the funnel shape. We were not under a tornado watch or warning at the time it hit, just a severe thunderstorm watch. If you go to youtube, type in Hammond Indiana Storms June 27, 2013. There was a security cam vid of it when it hit the park 2 blocks from us. I do not know if that vid is still up, but there were several vids of the damage.
