Nope Brief, we didn't get squished. But I'm a little concerned for those closer to the epi center as the building leave much to be desired in that area. Listening to the local news now.

Well things are slowing down and there doesn't look like there was that much damage. Worst I saw on the news was of a temple collapsing. No reports of injuries. Take care all.

Not sure where your brother is. This happened in the Northern part of thailand. Not far from the myanmar border. Check maps for chiang rai as it is the closest big city.

Songkhla is the south of the lower island, Chiang Rai is the northern tip of the northern island, so we are good.

I have been here 8 years. I was begining to think they didn't have earth quakes in Thailand. there was one a few years back in myanmar. Looks like most of the damage was to the roads. A couple in the epi center area dropped 6 ft, right down the middle of the road. And one temple that got flattened, not sure if anyone was inside at this point.

Re: Earth quake Thailand 6. just south of Chiang Rai.
I am hospitalized in march. I see a new person there for the 1st time. He just walks by. He looks like a Prince of Darkness, he has a long dark coat. We sit down with each other for the 1st time. I was just starring at a cup. He burps. I don't react. Test of temptation and of how good I am. He looks at me shortly, I look back, he looks away. = our first meeting. I then go and sit on a chair behind the sofa. Same thing happens, twice I think. He gets up, walks past me to the right. And back, stops in front of me and looks at the TV (magic thoughts about this), I stare at his legs. He then walks into a painting/tv room to the left (behind me to the left), I then follow him shortly. I stare at his legs. Very good, because he hasn't accepted that I look/meet him face-to-face yet. Good way to meet a new person. And all this was done unknowingly, God made this happen automatically, I didn't know that this was the right way to do it. It happened very fast. Then he asks "Why are we hospitalized here?", I say "because we're in spiritual darkness" (1st convo ever), some caregiver comes and asks what are you doing? I say we are just talking. And he says OK if you can figure it out. And I say Yes (i believe). He then asks again why are we hospitalized here? I say to be together with our fellow man. He then says then why are hospitalized here and not together with our fellow man? I say Because we haven't entered Heaven yet. He then immediately goes over to a wall and paints 12/6 = 6+6_6 (or 6+6/6), and he says it's his birthday, while i say stop that, they are coming now they will get angry. Next day cleaner cleans it and it's hard to get off and she says it's very annoying.
