Milk is real food and drink it no matter what they do fukushima and environment.

I want it raw and will keep my feelers open for that.

They steer people away from what their body really needs with the k2 and fatty vitamins that prevent cancer and arthritis.

The vegetables and nuts are good and serve their purpose, but they upset the stomach and liver rather than sooth them like milk products and yogurt, and also, create enormous digestion problems and in fact most vegetables and vegetable proteins have self defense mechanism that hook into you and change your DNA.

I'll stick with milk thank you very much and a bit of coconut milk.

My whole life I thought I felt 'good', but that was on a slightly better than average diet.

Now that I've gone on a health kick the last 2 years I have literally transformed. Yeah, I'll still eat crap once in a while like when you are stuck out at a function where that's all they serve on in a pinch when nothing else is around.

But overall if you stick a plan at least 90% of the time you can transform your life. Making organic smoothies and growing and juicing wheatgrass are the two biggest contributors I"d say for me. Also switching from table salt to Himalayan, switching to raw organic honey have helped. All these little things add up. I use to have high bp, GERD and other things. I don't have any health issues anymore and haven't been to the doctor in a long time. I lost 20 pounds and feel better at age 40 then I did at age 23 as a highly in shape collegiate athlete. And now at 40 my strength levels are again approaching what I was at my peak. It's simply amazing the transformation.

Yes it takes effort, can be a pain and take a while for yourself to get use to, especially when you crave taco bell. But those craving will slowly go away until you don't even want that crap anymore.
