You can see them with just your eyes using this technique but with a camera I think you need to use the infra red/night vision setting. :)

I just saw this yesterday again, and have seen it before many times. Just looking off my balcony into the street when the sun is in the right position (blocked, but bright).

I thought it was pollen or insects, but after observing for a bit noticed that it was neither. They move similar to small fish, kind of jerky, up and down, back and forward. Or hummingbirds. They aren't insects. Too many of them, and by the thousands. If it was pollen, they would just blow in the direction of the wind and blow away, but they do not.

Also the video saying they are actually flying high in the sky is not true because I look directly out and sometimes down on them into the street and usually with a building as a backdrop.

Between this stuff and the lens-flare nibiru-tards, there is nothing so sweet as when a retarded man starts noticing and playing with light...

Wait until you notice that under the right conditions you can focus on the details of your own retina. That will really blow your mind.
