Re: Hidden HIPAA privacy loss in Obamacare
Sure this healthcare plan is bad in many ways, but as far as privacy goes, not the worst part. As stated on this forum many times, our privacy is compromised everywhere. You know that discount card you use at food store, pharmacy and anywhere else? Well, I am sure that info can be obtained by government somehow. So, in this day, it would be wise not to use a credit card or any card for any purchase at you don't want to be "public" knowledge.

Inquiries like this need professional interrogation specialists. She didn't answer half the questions. Highly paid POS.

Listen to how this guy gets the truth....

Wow! For once, I am actually at a loss for words.

The corruption and lack of accountability in our bureaucracy astounds me on a regular basis. I've been operating under the assumption, for the last four years, that we could fix our government without too much pain (figurative and literal). Now I'm not too sure.

I do our HIPAA compliance at my place of work. We all know that Obamacare violates HIPAA rules. The problem is, if we violate the rules, we get potential civil and criminal penalties. The government doesn't. They are above the law. And nobody cares. It's just the way it is now.

This is what it has come down to.

And trust me, you ain't seen noth'n yet.

I'm an Army medic and I've had to do HIPPA training to be compliant.

Fuck it! No point in doing so any longer.

When I saw a new box on my W2 last year where it had a value for my company provide health insurance I knew what was coming. A huge ass tax on my "Cadillac plan"

We can't have people who give up a little in wages to get healthcare coverage to have a better deal than the freeloaders
If something can corrupt you, you're corrupted already.

Right at 2:30 this woman reminds me a lot of Butt-head from Beavis and Butt-head.

She really avoids eye contact with the guy questioning her and keeps staring at the text on the screen like she's hoping it will miraculously change or disapppear..
