They are taking money from your tax returns if you can't afford to get Ocare. Or if you didn't know the deadline. Or if you couldn't even sign up on the deadline. They just want people's money. They really don't want to help. Anyway, the deductibles are way to high for people and are designed that way so people won't seek medical help because they can't afford it even though they have insurance. It is just a money grab.
