There has been no revolution because the actual ones who will be paying still have something to lose.
And the one's that don't have anything to lose are getting it for free anyway.
Simple.

Don't take that for granted! The reason there is no revolution is because things are GOOD. They are not messing with your food and the social safety net is such that people get taken care of.
