Then branded/tattooed on the forehead with "public nuisance". Then stripped of all clothing, tarred and feathered and run out of town.

If he is on any public assistance then that should end immediately. Underage? Then his parents should be booted off of public assistance, arrested and tried for not maintaining control of their children.

Damn good idea. Cams in parks and apartment complexs see potential predators and look for children wandering about without supervision find out which parents need their butts kicked for letting their children wander about alone.

Monitered by a security guard who monitors several parks and complexes and can dispatch police to unsupervised children adults doing strange things like installing razor blades.

I think this is fake news. I first saw it on Facebook, as supposedly a personal post that said it happened to her child. I sincerely doubt if this happened to my child, I'd be taking pictures and posting them on Facebook. Some kind of agenda here, for sure.

That and it's been cold as hell.

This is like 30 minutes away from where i live. Im not surprised this happened, we had someone going around my county a couple years ago nailing cats to telephone poles, they were never caught but popular consensus was that it was probably a deranged teen. We have a lot of those around here and there isnt a whole lot to do in the area so they come up with sick shit like this to do. Im not surprised at all this occured in my area, and its probably the same guy or group of people who were nailing cats to phone poles.

Another thing, the post supposedly from the mom showed up on my news feed on Facebook. Obviously, I have pretty tight security settings, so this story showed up like an advertisement would.

Better to ask, what is the point of a fake story like this?
