I have no trouble sleeping. I cant put my computer or tablet down. I feel like Im going to miss something. The world is a different place in the early morning hours. My son is grown and Im single, so I do whatever I want whenever I want. SoPrettie1 "Creativity is wondering in wonder." *Me* "Synchronicity is the operating system of the universe." *Me* |

Quoting: That's what she said Hi everyone, let's talk! I used to stay up late when I had Facebook. I got rid of it last year and now I get 8 hours of sleep each night. I read that watching TV and being on the computer can interfere with sleep. I never meant to stay up late on FB, but it just became too hard to shut off. Now I look at GLP in the morning band then log off for the rest of day. Sleep is so important to the aging process and to health. Anything that interferes with it is poison to one's overall well being . |

I think I function better on small naps throughout the day. I hate Facebook. I have an account, but I haven't checked it in months. Its nothing more than a local gossip mill. I don't watch the "box." The only reason I have cable is ESPN. My son has to watch all the sports channels. I have no desire to watch stupid tv shows. There are too many exciting things happening in the world right now. Reality is much more exciting than cable tv land. SoPrettie1 "Creativity is wondering in wonder." *Me* "Synchronicity is the operating system of the universe." *Me* |
