Last night many people in the UK reported that these websites are now blocked. I can't find any news sources for this which isn't surprising given how the media like to keep this kind of news low key. I am not on a major ISP here in the UK and they were blocked for me as well. This kind of action is futile because it is easy to circumvent for both the user or the host with a little bit of knowhow. Be the change you want the World to be. ISPs including Sky, Virgin Media, O2, EE, BT and TalkTalk have been ordered to block access to these sites. Three of the four sites facilitate streaming of Hollywood movies directly and garner millions of monthly visitors. The order is yet to be made public, but it seems to be a lot similar to the one handed out for blockade of SolarMovie and TubePlus late last year.
