He was 36 weeks...still in the NICU, as his lungs haven't fully developed. Sometimes he does good, other times he is breathing very rapidly, shallow and without rhythm. I am also lighting a candle for him so that every time myself or one of my kids pass they remember to say a prayer for your sweet little guy. My son was born at 33 weeks and had similar issues. He was in the hospital for 3 more weeks and came home attached to a machine. It is a horrifying thing, but, God is Great and babies are incredibly resilient! My son is now 10 and in perfect health! I am sure yours will be too. God bless and Congratulations on the new someone to love! |
