I assume you are using/referencing the uncanonized texts.......I suspect they were left out because they fill in the gaps so to speak.
I would agree that that is how dinosaurs came to be. But of course many individuals will scoff at that explanation as well. They don’t want the question “ well why aren't dinosaurs mentioned in the bible” to be answered.

The Book of Jubilees, Giants, Jasher, the Book of Noah, Enoch, etc. There's probably even more references to these transgenic experiments in the likes of the Mahabarata and other ancient texts. Ok. I haven't read these yet. I finished the Gnostic Gospels, but haven't delved into the DSS's yet. How exciting :D I haven't read the Mahabharata. I got half way through the Bhagavad Gita and never finished it. I am not in a position to add books to my life atm. I'm attempting to reduce my belongings down to two suitcases and 6 boxes (3 dedicated to my computer, computer stuff, and my monitor). Once I get resituated, I'll be able to add hard copy again. Guess I'll be reading electronically and I abhor reading without the feel of paper. Paperbacks for study (so I can write in them) and hardbacks for re-reading. I love books :D
