Do you feel like you could stop if you wanted to?

I spent the past two years before quitting high nearly all day every day. It was wonderful for a long time. I was able to quit cold turkey and even now I just sort of want to, I don't feel that I need to.

Well you have control of it then. You know you can stop it cold turkey and not feel like you need it. You feel like you wanna do it now, probably because you know you can control it and not need it. It's not addictive like some people are led to assume.
