Perhaps these variations in Earth's magnetic field are either: As a result of large amounts of magnetite rocks whizzing past nearby? The faster a magnet moves, the more electricity it can generate in a nearby conductive object. The more current that flows, the more powerful the associated mag field will be. Or: The variations have a different cause and then they 'attract' more space rocks? How this relates to EQ activity and booming noises...   "If you do not go within You WILL go without." The proof, the patterns! watch is on! I live here in Greenville, TX. My parents, a family friend who lives a few miles away, and I have heard and felt these "booms" plenty of times. And that's been in the last few years' time up to last month sometime. So whoever properly constructed all that data can add Greenville, TX to that already mountain of data. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if my area got significant deep cracks and or much worse when the New Madrid fault line up and "slips" in the relative near future. I have no doubts that when the New Madrid fault line makes it's move finally, assuming Yellowstone's calera hasn't blown up yet will cause Yellowstone's caldera to violently explode finally. This'll cause such extreme weather and geographical issues worldwide as well. At least then we'd be about on par with the Transitional Periods between Ages then.
