It is basic science.

Anything that can die must have an energy source, and whilst that energy is flowing there are countless possibilities as to how the vessel channeling the energy can think,feel and act.

Hence the word 'living'. Things that are alive have functions. Basic functions require an awareness of your environment and needs. That is why a plant needs sun light and dies if it were to be kept in a cupboard.
Anyone would suffer if they were kept in a cupboard and that is where you humans have your connection with the plant if you need it spelt out.

It is not for humans to say that plants don't have a consciousness or for them even debate it. Who are they? god? and just because something appears to be stupid,simple or beneath the human race doesn't make it so.

Humans have this wonderful attribute called arrogance and their main failing as a species is that they tend to praise lifeforms that are more like them and dismiss anything that is least like them either based on looks or intelligence, heck they even do it to their own kind, because they fail to grasp the big picture. Humans have a low form of intelligence and a high level of ADHD by the looks of things.

Even other species know how to co exist because they have a higher awareness of what is expected for their survival which require intelligence and self discipline.

Has anyone ever thought that just like some autistic people have selective hearing and speech, other life forms have the same capabilities and refuse to communicate with us at their level?

If one has to hook a creature up to a machine and torture it to see how they think and feel is that progress?

How dare humans think that only their species has feelings, thoughts and capabilities and everything else should be humiliated and tortured to find out? Those so called intelligent scientists have let their victim see that humans are a great enemy and this message goes out into the aether. Nice work Einsteins because you as a race are going to pay dearly.


And for those of you who think you do your part for nature, you too cannot separate yourself from destructive humans in the hope that we will be spared.
Do humans think like that when they have an ant infestation in their home? Do you spare the ant that does the least damage?

It's ok if we see a species as a collective and NOT an individual so humans will all get the same treatment and this planet will shake you off like fleas because they just couldn't stop and respect life and get off our self righteous high horse and do a humble days work.

This isn't your safe little bible, this is real life where money and material possessions count for nothing.

Whereas being vegetarian is a start in the right direction what about all the strain on rainforests building soy plant fields and all these veggie meat substitutes? is there such a thing as economically friendly?? NO that word is a means means to explain that a product is less expensive, maybe less wasteful but it still DESTROYS this planet.

If you had higher knowledge would you want to share that with a thug or let them self destruct as a race?

These other lifeforms will just let you all die and it is all your fault. They work quietly because they are wiser than you will ever know and those plants in your parks and gardens tell on you all the time, as do the birds and rivers and it is Your fault for being ruled by idiots.

Maybe they know that once humans are gone the cycle can start again without them and then won't we all get what we want?

Humans get to finally destroy themselves and nature will rebuild and salvage again.



I can say no more, as if humans listen anyway.

my grandfather was a farmer in orlando for decades.
he did his own experiments on plants.
for instance, he made two plots, side by side.
one plot he came out every morning and talked lovingly to it.
told it how he loved it and was so happy to see it growing tall and lush.
(idk what the crop was..)]
the other plot he cursed and screamed at it, daily.

he surprised himself because he had heard plants respond to love and good thoughts towards them.

im sure you can guess the outcome.
the loved plot grew nicely.
the hated plot grew mutated and didnt thrive at all.
he said there was such a marked difference.

btw he also did this experiment on two horses.
the same thing.that horse got meaner and meaner.
it couldnt be around people.

ive never forgotten him telling us this as little girls.

not many of us want to kill ANYTHING bigger than a mosquito.
it hurts us inside, and call us whatever you like it wont change how we feel.

but i will eat plants and not worry about their feelings.
this is why we THANK THEM before we eat them.
our bodies will feed them when we die (so i tell them)
its a circle.

the indians were REALLY big on thanking the animals they just hunted down.i like that.
it shows RESPECT for life.

So if someone dies in your family please keep your fork, knife and spoon ready....also send your kids to the slaughterhouse to be packed in plastic and get them as already killed...

Our definition implies the absence of what is pleasant to be pain. This breeds desire/fear which complement one another and which alternate infinitely.

Plants do not have the necessary consciousness to interpret pain, or to even fear it . It will know distinguish, identify, and discriminate what pain and pleasure implies.
