Oklahoma is now having a crazy amount of ongoing Mysterious booms "Terrifying & Puzzling" Residents! Hey, OP, one of the local weathermen in my area has published about the booms on his blog. He even mentioned reports of booms before the Great Quake. I'm on a mobile;don't know how to provide the link, but a quick Google of Kevin Orpurt blog should take you right to it. If not he works for WTHItv.com Quoting: Anonymous Coward 6595530 found him, but he's blaming it on ice [link to blogs.wthitv.com] wait... January 28th [link to blogs.wthitv.com] "There is no apparent source and the booms are strong enough and loud enough to shake houses, rattle windows, upset animals and create overall confusion. The first is that they are being heard all over the globe, and the second is that NOBODY seems to know what is causing them. One name given to these booms is, “Seneca Guns”. It’s a word first used to describe them in a short story written by James Fennimore Cooper in the 1800s. Yes, these booms have been heard for more than a century and probably longer. One interesting point is that similar booms were reportedly heard in the months prior to the Great New Madrid Earthquakes of 1811-1812. " then on... February 3rd he completely changes his tune and hinting it on ice "Research has indicated that CRYOSEISMS make a booming sound and produce similar effects to regular earthquakes, but sometimes don’t register on seismographs. Recently, some officials have gone on record saying that the booms we’re hearing might be CRYOSEISMS." but he does say "but I’m not totally convinced they account for all the booms" [link to blogs.wthitv.com] notice how he goes from booms preceding earthquakes, just like in history... to oh it's probably just ice. |

I mean it's really a shame that they had to move forward with this plan. I expect the fallout to be significant. |

Sorry for not providing you with useful info! Keep up the work! |

I give him props for at least looking into the issue. Last I heard, he was waiting for the thaw to see if the booms continue. Although myself and many others have told him it's been happening for at least the past year during all seasons. |

Oklahoma is now having a crazy amount of ongoing Mysterious booms "Terrifying & Puzzling" Residents! I live right in one of the Oklahoma hotspots for these quakes and booms. They are so common now. Most the time they sound very similar to a garbage truck or some good ol boys jacked up mudder starting up or driving by. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14695341 Truthfully im more worried about town size sinkholes opening up out of nowhere than i am about some giant quake for some reason. Extremely interesting description. Just minutes before I read this post, I was telling my husband that I had heard something here in Wichita, KS, early this morning while he was sleeping and I didn't want to sound hysterical or anything but that it did sound like a vehicle backfiring or something similar, but the difference being the apartment shook, so I wasn't so sure that was what it was I was hearing. It's interesting that you have described it sounding like some sort of a vehicle because that is what I heard only I wasn't so sure it was vehicular in nature. I Want To Believe |

Hilarious when you find out our tax dollars are being used to hoax us. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 54490557 Please tell me you are being facetious and don't really think that? Tell me what you think. I'm interested to know. After you watch this short video, which explains how the hoax works, I would invite you to share whether or not you still believe the msm storyline: HAHAHAHAHA!! I love how one of the main arguments this tard has is that the car in the pit has a matte finish while the one in the showroom has a "shiny" finish. I'm sure the dust/dirt in the air from the ground collapsing and settling on the car had absolutely nothing to do with that.... |

The new madrid fault is part of the plan, along with those huge methane deposits that are being stirred up due to fracking. All you need is big enough igniter set off underground like a nuke and BOOM!!!!! There goes the heartland. Itll be like water under the bridge. But thats not the only thing people should worry about. If you live in SoCali, you are probably screwed just as bad. That nuclear reactor that they shutdown not too long ago is now a big bomb. Or i should say that it has been turned into a big bomb. |

As for fracking, They haven't been doing much of that because of the frozen ponds and they have to pipe the water above ground to get it to the wellsite. So, unless there is a delay of a couple of weeks between the frac and the boom there probably isn't a relationship between the two. The earth is angry my friends and she's rattling her cage.
