It's possible and likely that Bill fooled around with numerous women during the 90's and early 2000's but I seriously doubt he's done the nasty-nasty for the past 10 years because of his health, the heart surgery left him fragile at best. Sure he can give speeches and walk around but that's it. Bill is not in good health and he's definitely not getting any these days.
