I notice that alot of women who look like they never age keep the same length of hair so when you look back there isn't a definite change in their appearance. Yes, the style of hair may change but the length does not. Most older women around here cut their hair way to short while the younger ones have longer hair. Also, they tend to not fluctuate in weight too much. I worked at a weight loss company and it was always disheartening to see a woman lose 100 lbs only to look older!! If you have alot of weight to loose, loose it slowly and stop when you see the sag.
