Why are Muslims exempt from Obamacare? Americans are being discriminated against.

Why are Muslims exempt from Obamacare. I feel that Americans are being discriminated against. I feel if they are going to make a law for America as a whole, it should apply to EVERYBODY. I'm not against Muslims or alien immigrants. I believe anybody has a right to live here in the U.S. But the health laws should be equal to everyone. Not based on religious bias.
