Orcas on their way to the Olympics
Two wild orcas have been captured and are on their way to be displayed in a dolphinarium at the Sochi Winter Olympics.

I searched and didn't find any threads about this, so my apologies if this is a repeat.

Why do we still feel the need to rip these creatures from their oceans and put them in tanks?!

I was always an unusual girl. My mother told me I had a chameleon soul, no moral compass pointing due north, no fixed personality; just an inner indecisiveness that was as wide and as wavering as the ocean... And if I said I didn't plan for it to turn out this way I'd be lying...
Because I was born to be the other woman. Who belonged to no one, who belonged to everyone. Who had nothing, who wanted everything, with a fire for every experience and an obsession for freedom that terrified me to the point that I couldn't even talk about it,and pushed me to a nomadic point of madness that both dazzled and dizzied me.

Ugh that's horrible, seems like we get more barbaric all the time when we should be getting more advanced.

That is the oxymoron that the masses don't want to acknowledge.

As civilizations progress, things should get better for ALL life, not worse.

It makes no sense that we are moving forward and backward at the same time.

The only thing that makes sense to me is that we have an evil force controlling Humanity, but I know that is a little woo-woo for most people to accept.

If we were a highly Spiritual (not religious) society, things would be far, far different.

The question becomes, "what is holding back our spirituality?"

They reportedly captured 7, 2 are going to the olympics, who knows where the other 5 are going.
