She should have never got involved in a disputing gang of men.
She should have never took up an offer to enter a closed door confident with a gang of brawler men.

See, this is the problem. Anyone who would think that this old Torah law would apply to this context is completely insane. Even more insane is that the person who glibly said "accoring to the bible its legal, or according to the bible she has to marry them", has access to a computer and internet.
