Biotech giants sue Hawaiian island for passing legislation to restrict GMOs

Knew this was gonna happen, the feds will overrule the Hawaii laws.

It's a county of Kauai ordinance we passed.

It really doesn't do a damn thing about their GMO activities, but it set a precedence for other locals.

Here on Kauai it is ground central for GMO seed stock production which really sucks. These assholes have no business even operating here in this unique environment.

how can they do that?! if they don't want the crap they have to accept it anyway?? that would be like going to walmart and cops come up and demand you buy a certain product or face charges. only in amerika..
