Sometimes I have emotions or feelings that aren't mine. Sadness and despair are the most common but also other emotions like anger and joy. I think that's why I enjoy watching sports so much. I mostly enjoy seeing college kids achieve and gain confidence but also feel bad for the kids after a hard fought loss. Anyway here's a quiz I found that's short and interesting. It's obvious what you should answer if you want to get a certain result but if you are honest with yourself you may find it interesting Are you an Empath? Take the Quiz! Which is odd because I've always been aware of it, even as a young child Goodbye, halcyon days... There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened.

"YOU SCORED AS: An Awakening Empath" Which sounded about right to me. I can sense people emotions rather easily but I have made myself a pretty antisocial person so I tend to avoid these situations. Take the Quiz! for a long time now I wondered why my state of mind or well being would fluctuate so much I guess I knew that the feelings weren't always mine but never tried to figure out what was going on As a guy your supposed to not feel much so I usually tried to ignore it and hide it The last woman I dated said "I hope you don't take this wrong but you are pretty sensitive" I then thought maybe she didn't think that being sensitive was a good thing. Still not sure exactly what she meant but I wasn't insulted If something can corrupt you, you're corrupted already. Agree about the recluse thing, especially living rural. It's easy to fall into that isolation when you enjoy the peace and quiet. I can be bad about that sometimes. Even when I worked FT, on the weekends, I didn't want to go anywhere or do too much with other people unless it was just a small family thing; had my people fill at work, wanted just some personal quiet time for garden/animals...didn't want to entertain or be entertained. Still need the people contact though. I agree, can't let that slide.
