So, to start out, just incase anyone wants to play, what do you intend to get out of life, or why do you think we, or you personally, are here?

Or, what are your ideas of life and this and other dimensions, universes, etc?

We are here to find our way back to God.

We were created to be companions to God forever and forever.

We are here to learn to be a citizen in Heaven.

We are here to pro-create and bring all the created souls here and now. We are all here... The Precession of The Eqinox has been completed.

We are that generation that will not see death.

Re: Just wanted to chat about some deep things with some intelligent, well read individuals who enjoy thinking out of the box!
Hmmmmmmmmmm - yes this is a (hardknocks) school for the spirit, but there are additional factors for this 'special' planet.

I believe that organic life was put forth by the Aeon Sophia or rather her scrambled remnant Gaia - to redeem and re-integrate the Archon imprint she left on the interstellar medium as the result of her unbalanced descent into the material realms - this recovery is being mediated by her Aeon counterpart Christos.

We as smart monkeys (mk III......?) are the final stage in a long process and have finally evolved to a stage where we are able to house and ground the full spectrum of the dissociated inorganic Archon awareness - who are irresistablty drawn to inpinge on the organic world as they seek a connection to source or real life - we have incorporated them as our egomamiac minds art culture civilisation religion rationality etc etc - in fact what most of us consider our selves to be is archonic.

Some of the spectrum seems to be recalcitrant, some irreconcilable and completely hostile - ( hence the whole sin redemption Christianity thing)

TPTB are in bed with a Luciferian element that seeks control of the human race for its own purposes.

Either way everything needs to be grounded into the physical via the humanan race good and evil - for the grand harvest at the end of the age!

I quoted post about life being an amusement park and seeing 11:11, anyway might as well add my 2 cents.

I've been doing some deep contemplation for the past few months and through my past life experiences, which is not many as I'm only 26, I've come to the conclusion that life is a spiritual journey of sorts.

Everyone is on their own journey to spiritual growth all you have to do is not fuck anyone else's journey up and even help others through theirs if needed.

The goal is spiritual growth through the acquisition of knowledge. Knowledge which is gained by using your brain and soul together through contemplation of past, present and future. Sort of like a parent teacher conference with god.

It seems that the longer you're alive the cherished moments of your past seem more and more brief. This is probably why people are so depressed when they think of the past too much and those who think to the future are optimistic.

That said, life is a absolutely the greatest amusement park conceived. Buckle up and enjoy the rides, just don't be a bad customer!

I really liked your post. hf

Remembering the good experiences of the past does the opposite of depress me; thinking of the future does. One thing I have learned, and this happened after my dad was diagnosed with a progressive disease, is to live in the now. Worrying/thinking about the future, serves no purpose for me. It may for others, but not me.

I like it, also, but personally, I wish it were more true than it is, at least to me. Especially the do not be a bad customer part. The most evil and worst customers on Earth, by far, live like gods compared to the rest of us.
 Quoting: Patrick Bateman

Perhaps those evil/worst customers gain the least spiritual growth in this life and suffer for it in the next life. Sure, they live like gods but this time on earth is so short. Maybe the hardships that evil/bad customers inflict on their victims gives the victims the challenges needed for extreme spiritual growth thus making them great in the next life. Re: Just wanted to chat about some deep things with some intelligent, well read individuals who enjoy thinking out of the box!
There is no grand "meaning" to life.

Your Motus Operandi is to LIVE and LIVE as long and strong as possible. Do you look around in nature and see things give themselves up on purpose? No. Everything strives to live and survive as long as possible.

It was from your ancestors that you were given the capability to live with "meaning". They have allowed you the technological advances to survive this planet and flourish and still have time on your hands for the "meaning".

Food, Water and Shelter are the 3 biggest survival tools and they have practically been handed to you on a silver platter.

What do you do in this spare time "meaning" you have been allowed?

To probe this further, in my mind I have broken down "meaning" into 3 areas that battle for superiority and the 3rd wins most of times.

1. There is an inherent benevolence (some call it an instinct to further the survival of our species) to help your family/fellow man. I think this is the "meaning" most would relay as good.

2. Since for every action, there is an opposite reaction. This goodness seems to be offset by evil (Destruction of our species). Some people make this their "meaning".

3. Of course, most people just "meander" between the two with no clear vision.

I have more "life experience" than most others on this board and I don't have a clue what this existence is about.

My intent is to harm no one.

I believe that I am living here and now to witness and record events. In cursive :). A scribe, if you will.

Good enough?

My ideas on other "dimensions" and things cause a lot of butthurt. ;) Not sure if many are ready for any of it.

I'll bite.

First, in the grand scheme of things, we are here for just a short amount of time. In that time, I want to have a positive influence on those around me, and do so in a way that empowers my children and their children to do the same.

Second, the idea of a "programmed" or Matrix type of universe is a fascinating topic to contemplate.
 Quoting: Big Irish Bastard

Nice. Yes, in the scheme of all, our time as we are now, is extraordinarily short.

Matrix type universes are also fun and there will be many more of them out in our universe shortly, due to technology and what not.
 Quoting: Patrick Bateman

I get a kind of techy mailer which I usually don't read too well, but today I clicked on an article about super-realistic video games. Teaser said something like You Won't Believe This is a Video Game. I spent about 1 minute in that game and bailed out... very grey, super realistic as promised, like in an old junked out factory, the POV whipping around the way things move in video games. I have to tell you, it won't be long until they will creating realities, universes we won't be able to distinguish from this reality (which I think we are all sharing).

For example here's a sensory thing from a couple of months ago from Microsoft:

Tech More: Video Games Xbox One Microsoft
Microsoft Almost Put Smell-O-Vision In The Xbox One Controller [link to www.businessinsider.com]

I remember reading sci-fi from decades ago about people just plugging into these virtual realities and staying there.

It used to be rather popular when I was young. Young people read Camus and watched Bergman movies and talked about Sartre but didn't actually read Being and Nothingness, which was really a big mind f*ck anyway and adopted existential ennui as a way to get laid and get high. It was actually pretty depressing.

People don't read as much as they used to, and universities tend to encourage reading analysis and criticism rather than original works.

So we are just animals and there is no meaning of life. While totally plausible I just refuse to believe this. There's just too much out there about spirituality to not believe it.

Those tribal people in the amazon cut out of any civilization. These purest uncorrupt by the outside world humans have shaman. Spiritual leaders that believe there is a meaning in life. The fact that there is spirit means there is more beyond this.

It was a very simplistic thought that I put out there. Basically, the meaning of life is to live and flourish.

I do agree we are just animals, with a vastly more complex energy matrix which you call spirituality, some call conscience, some call a third eye, some call it whatever.

If I picture myself in the Amazon with no human intervention, all I have is the animals and nature to guide me. All that I would practically learn is that I am the most intelligent animal on this earth.

What I did with that intelligence is anybody's guess. I'm sure these Amazonian people have a long history, albeit inclusive, that teaches them traditions that include some type of religion or "way" of doing things that has been gleamed through time as "better".

There is also the fact that there are "spirits" out there or however you want to define it. It's a proven fact that things go bump in the night at certain places and time and there are intellectual voices recorded from the dead. What this means, I have no idea right now. Does the fact that an Amazon tribe has recognized the need for a Shaman impact your definition of raison d'tat?

Don't let your definition of meaning make you miss your meaning. The treasure is in the search not the find......we all will die someday and leave a legacy.

We are god experiencing itself. And the utmost of free will that we choose is to suffer. Because god cannot suffer. So we, god, created this reality to experience that which god cannot experience.
