They really need the help. Quoting: Sweetshrub the north shore animal league as i kid for 4 yrs i collected for them - til the late 90s there was a huge scandal about their finances that not even 5% went to the animals One of the places I give to, is our local no kill animal shelter. They truly need the help, since they don't euthanize they need all the help they can get. I would suggest people look into local no kill shelters. You can go down there, and see if the money is being put to good use, if the animals are living in good conditions. Plus they generally need the extra help. |
