Half employees sitting in break room on phones

I can't tell you how many times I've said to my friends there that if I was a manager i'd fire the shit out of the lazy ass people there. They have hard workers but plenty of lazy ones and it pisses me off when I'm busting my butt and people are texting and slacking off. No doubt, it forces you to pick up their slack which is absolute BS. I had 2 separate situations just this past week of people who didn't do their job/didn't do their job properly which caused me a whole lot of wasted time. It drives me nuts. Sounds like you are a hard worker, as am I, so this crap really gets to me.
