The movie with the hottest girl with gun that I've ever seen is a little known 90's action flick named "Chain of Command." It stars the 90's actor and martial arts star Michael Dudikoff who plays an American ex-Green beret turned CIA agent who teams up with an insanely hot female Mossad agent played by a little known Israeli actress named Keren Ahroni to fight a corrupt oil executive. Those of you who enjoy watching hot girls with guns will love this movie.

Here's a clip from the final part of the movie which runs 21:30 long. The part that starts at 9:36 is especially good. Enjoy it guys and Merry Christmas!

Here's another hot clip from the same movie in which the Mossad agent Maya Robenowitz reveals her true identity to the CIA agent Merrill Ross in a rather interesting way with a gun. Sorry but I was only able to find a German dubbed version of the scene.
