Sorry it was confusing. The "E" network are the ACA plans. The "S" and "P" plans are from me calling Blue Cross Blue Shield and signing up through them.

So the insurance company plans on the ACA are the same plans just cheaper. But because they are cheaper they pay out less. Due to paying out less no one will accept them.

Now this is just from my personally opinion and shopping around.

Employer plans are marked too high:
- They have to have them if so many employees
- Wanting people to come to them directly
- get what they offer that is it

Insurance company plans:
- price seems to be the best
- best networks
- can customize what you want

ACA plans
- really cheap and can get tax write off
- cheapest network (some doctor might lose money)
- really paying for nothing unless gold or above (dont offer 8/35/50 drugs or 35/50 doc visits)
- have high deductables and can't really change them like you can if you call the insurance company

I do agree with some of the things in ACA (no pre cond, young helping out the older, i am 31, ect) However, i feel this is just a crap storm taking more money for insurance companies.

just make everyone policy cover the same things (except for deductables, co-pay, out of pocket, ect) just have big pools. One from employers and one from individuals. Boom problem solved. buy if you want or don't want to. Insurance companies stay the same. The pools just lower the costs.
