I think it is a difference in the way the new generations of young people view things like this.

We, being older I presume, think of this as being wrong, invasive and silly. Why put up naked pictures of yourself or others, particularly if that might challenge the law?

The more youthful members of society look at the same thing and baffle at it even being illegal. As in, many of them aren't aware of that kind of law at all.

It isn't stupidity. It's simply that they;ve been on camera their whole lives. They've been told over and over again that "if they have nothing to hide, they have nothing to fear." So they don't.

It's a very different mindset than the one we mainly grew up with, but it's the one that they've been trained to accept.

If you asked a hundred of this boys peers what he did wrong, most would probably give you a blank look and shrug, not really knowing the answer at all.
