Before the pneumonic plague outbreak in eastern Europe in late 2009 there was reports of planes spraying the areas.
Quoting: Taskforce88 would love a link if you can find one - I wasn't aware of that!  The big guy whose name we can't mention is talking about this today. His uncle is in the hospital in East Texas with symptoms like this.
