If your city managers or elected officials every try and supersede state law, you must demand reprisal by the state.

Petition the state to remove the municipal privilege of the city . It really should be done without a petition.

If this ever happens in AZ, the rest of the country would have long ago been fucked. I love living in a red state....wild Wild West baby. Got offered a job in CA for the equivalent of 3 x's current salary...NFW

Did you know that 1 million Nazi soldiers were killed by partisans who hid in the woods and the hills with their guns? 1 million Nazi troops killed by locals in nations they occupied and in which it was certainly against Nazi law for the locals to own firearms.

I was in Australia back in 2000 for awhile, not all that long after that government banned most guns. The locals I talked to laughed about the ban. They said they hid their guns or buried them. Australians are a good bunch. So are we.

Think nothing of it. Glad to be able to talk to sensible people intent on making a difference. It was Jeff Nyquist who told me the anecdote about the WW2 partisans. He also told me about what the indigenous Cubans did when the Spanish came and enslaved them. They had always lived freely, and all of them took the decision to starve themselves to death rather than live as slaves. There were about a million of them. It took some time, but they all killed themselves. They refused to live as slaves.

California Governor Jerry Brown may have vetoed a statewide ban on so-called assault rifles, but San Francisco officials have enacted a similar version of the bill locally – and the NRA is fighting back.

The city has a history of pushing the envelope on gun control. A total ban on handguns in 2005 was ultimately overturned by a state court in 2008. Smaller scale gun laws have been passed in the city since the court invalidated the handgun ban.

The new San Francisco high-capacity magazine ban was unanimously approved by the Board of Supervisors, making it illegal to sell guns with magazines with the ability to hold more than 10 rounds. The new San Francisco gun control law also requires that citizens who already own high-capacity magazines turn them in to the police department within 90 days.

What would you guys do? Would you turn them in? Should a LEO do his job? If you were LEO, would you obey what your bosses tell you?

For me, I would tell them to screw themselves. If they force their way into my home to force me to give up my magazines, I would show them how the magazines actually work.

San Francisco is GROUND ZERO for Libtardism....there is no other equivalent....so expect no less from them.
Remember....SanFran is Pelosi's district as well.

Overall this entire 7 and 10 shot mag thing needs to be brought to the court system and defeated.
It's clearly INFRINGEMENT.

Well of course that would be the first thing to do. Absolutely. But if they FORCE their way into MY home, then that is different.
 Quoting: Captain Clownshoes

If they force their way in you take it in stride and live to fight another day. They don't need a reason to kill you but they do prefer one regardless of how flimsy an excuse it may be. You're not going to do any good for anyone if you are dead before the counter-revolution even begins. There is injustice everywhere and if it visits you personally in the form of a raid to get your guns you're just going to have to give them up if you haven't stashed them well and make arrangements to obtain replacements if yours are taken. It's either that or you go ahead and die in a hail of police gunfire and be portrayed as a lunatic on the nightly news. Of course, you may just be a lunatic. I don't know you so I can't say.
 Quoting: HL Shancken

All it takes is one person to change anothers mind. Thank you for giving me a differnt way of looking at it. I just simply love my weapons and would be very hard to watch them being taken away. I would be devistated. But I do like the way you look at the situation. Maybe they just wont find them in my house. Like you said. Boating accident, years ago, down in the bottom of the river. Yup, down there.
 Quoting: Captain Clownshoes

Revolt is brewing. Until it starts we have to tolerate, tolerate, tolerate, until enough people are of like mind and the rebellion occurs spontaneously. Be vocal as you are but just understand what this environment is that we're in. We are currently undergoing a stealth Communist takeover, and the Communists have control of all the departments and key positions at the federal level, which means that it is more than justified to store arms and make preparations to fight them. But we must be patient and let them bring the fight to us. We must let them go so far in abusing us that we gain a critical mass among the population in order to have real and effective support when the violence starts. It is unwise to try to form any type of organized resistance since any groups that gain traction and members will also gain informants. Just learn the history of the Communist Revolution which began in Russia and get others to do the same. If you don't know your enemy you will not be successful.

Comrades! The uprising by the five kulak volosts must be mercilessly suppressed. The interest of the entire revolution demands this, for we are now facing everywhere the “final decisive battle” with the kulaks. We need to set an example.

1. You need to hang (hang without fail, so that the people see) no fewer than 100 of the notorious kulaks, the rich and the bloodsuckers.
2. Publish their names.
3. Take all their grain from them.
4. Appoint the hostages — in accordance with yesterday’s telegram.

This needs to be done in such a way that the people for hundreds of versts around will see, tremble, know and shout: they are throttling and will throttle the bloodsucking kulaks.

Telegraph us concerning receipt and implementation.

For those who don't make the mistake of clicking the link but are nevertheless curious, it is a link to a neo-Nazi site and the page is an interview with someone named Harold Wallace Rosenthal, and it is a hoax, as is so much of what anti-Semites believe. Here is a thread addressing the subject of the link the anonymous coward posted.

Thread: Harold Wallace Rosenthal Interview is a hoax.

Incidentally, these are the type of things that are turned out routinely by a department of the FSB (KGB at the time of this hoax).

What law would they claim to be following? The Supreme Court has ruled that any law that attempts to circumvent the Constitution is not a law.
Any attempt would be Rogue law enforcement attacking you outside of the law. Same as an organized criminal attack.

Excellent post. These are the types of things that people need to know about the enemy. They are as ruthless as they come and very, very organized. It should be kept in mind that the telegram was sent while Lenin's Communists were in the middle of a war with most of the country. They were far from securing complete power at this time, yet in the areas they seized they began immediate systematic destruction.

From time to time people do that. They call it suicide by cop and the local news is there to cover the press conference where every city official down to the clerk congratulates each other on a job well done. Ten years after the fact all your kids will know about daddy is that he went crazy one night and the cops had to shoot him. Maybe they'll rap about it.

Be smarter than that.
