Sounds like you have a manipulative one on your hands.

You need to be very careful, If you push too hard then she may claim a domestic on you and the po po does not ask questions they tazer or shoot. She does not need proof, just the accusation is enough in this day and age. Don't get in the sack with her or she may claim you raped her. Tread lightly and good luck, looks like you will need it.

Call the non emergency number for your local cops and see if they have any advice. I'm sure they deal with crap like this all the time.

Dude if its just an apt you can do a few things.

1. Is she on the lease?

2. Does she do drugs of any kind?

If she's not on the lease and she's does any kind of drugs 1 call to the popo will solve your problem.

When the cops show up and say its a domestic issue or that your liable for her drug use remind them that its a policy on your lease and they will remove her.

If they take her drop her shit on her moms lawn.

Have you contacted the property manager? Also moving is sometimes the best option.

All you need to do is get her to leave the house. Remove her stuff and don't let her in.

Also file for a restraining order now. Tell the court exactly what happend. When she comes in call the cops.
