I'm on the phone right now with the ASST. Sergeant at Arms, ....Gainer is gone until the 16th, when they resume session.

Bret Swanson, assistant Sergeant of Arms, just confirmed to me via phone that the Sergeant of Arms is the only one available to arrest the president.

If I was a person who wanted to see Obama arrested for violating the Constitution, I'd contact the Sergeant at Arms, and remind him of his civic duty.
