Your Stupid. Just my opionion for thinking being prepared is stupid.
A couple of weeks you will use in a week. Your idea of being prepared is probabl not at all.

I probably have about 6 weeks of water plus any I can catch off my roof should it rain or snow. I have more than 2 months of food. and at least that much of energy to provide some heat and cooking. That's what I thought, where are you going to do this hunting and trapping? Unless you are going to hunt dogs and cats, there's not much animal life in most cities, where most people live. The government or the states own most of the woods and they don't like people willy-nilly going out there to hunt. Farm and pasture land is already owned by people who really do not welcome herds of strangers coming in shooting all over the place. I think that freeze dried meat is a better option for long term, frozen for short term. Sounds like you have a good plan going for you. Good job! if the electricity goes off frozen won't be much good.
