Thanks, OP, for your comments to me. Yes, it was Dallas Sheriffs Dept.
I will be showing the videos to all neighbors and asking them to show their family and friends. And then to call the Dallas Sheriffs Dept. and let them know how they feel about how these sheriffs actions. And the mayor.
I am on a mission now to change this. We had a blight on the city of Dallas 50 years ago and they renewed that blight today, at the same location.
