Why the JFK Assassination IS STILL IMPORTANT and why it should matter to YOU
Many people now, 50 years after the murder of JFK ask "Why should we still care about this - it's so long ago?" "There are so many other scandals or problems or false flags to care about." "I don't like what JFK did", "I don't like Democrats". Many are just too young to remember, of course, and they're tired of hearing about it at different points in their lives. "It's too complicated", "We'll never know who really killed Kennedy".

It matters to me because I remember the day Kennedy was killed. I was 7 years old and my principal announced it over the school PA. I was in second grade reading class. I walked home alone that day (usually I walked with a group of older girls) and I remember how absolutely SILENT those streets were...for blocks. (And yes, back then a 7 year old could walk safely for several blocks by herself even on a city street.) When I got home, my mother and everyone else was crying. We watched the coverage on our B&W TV all day Saturday and into Sunday, where we saw Oswald murdered on live television. We then all watched the sad state funeral, and I remember the Kennedy children particularly, probably because I was a child too. I have never forgotten this and I remember it like yesterday.

Years went on and we went full blast into the disaster of the Vietnam War. Vietnam was where I became aware of politics and government and how much they lie. As I got older I began, like most Americans, to question the Warren Commission results and to start reading the "conspiracy" books. The JFK assassination was MY personal inauguration into an understanding of how the world really works, and how the government, and media, and all of the authorities were full of lies and cover ups. That's where it started for many of us - and blossomed from there. It's the beginning point of literally EVERYTHING ELSE.

The JFK assassination matters because IT WAS A COUP D'ETAT by the intelligence system THAT STILL CONTROLS THIS COUNTRY. They have NOT gone away! These are not just individual men who got old and died - this is a whole system! It is the military industrial complex that Eisenhower warned us about. The Kennedy assassination and the Warren Commission conspiracy theory of Lee Harvey Oswald as lone assassin, is the FOUNDING MYTH OF THIS NSA/CIA/CORPORATIST REGIME. THAT IS WHY THEY KEEP PRESERVING AND SUPPORTING THE MYTH OF THE LONE NUT AND CONTINUE TO HIDE THE EVIDENCE.

In Dallas there are plans underway to actually RECONSTRUCT the roads in Dealey Plaza (after they removed the white crosses marking the road where JFK was murdered) so that no one will be able to completely reconstruct the crime. After 50 years, they are STILL HIDING EVIDENCE.

And we only have to look at the TV shows over the past couple of weeks, ALL OF THEM supporting the corrupt, lying Warren Commission Lone Nut theory. If it no longer mattered, why would they keep promoting the lies so diligently? The entire system is devoted to it.

JFK's murder 50 years ago was more than the murder of a man. It was the murder of our country. And the system that spawned the murderers is still in charge and plotting against us every day. If the JFK murder were completely and honestly investigated, criminal agencies like the NSA and CIA and FBI would be tarred with so much shame that there could be no legitimate reason for their continued existence.

The JFK assassination should be important to US, because it is important to THEM. That's a good reason for us to care.

5 * OP and i was 12 and in 5th grade and you described that day and the following days EXACTLY as i remember it.
Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living. ~

Life is about choices, you get to make them each and every day of your life. ~

Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse.~

Only in America... do we use the word 'politics' to describe the process so well: 'Poloi' in Greek meaning 'many' and 'tics' meaning 'bloodsucking creatures'.~

“When a government is dependent for money upon the bankers, they and not the government leaders control the nation. This is because the hand that gives is above the hand that takes. Financiers are without patriotism and without decency.”

If you're not a liberal at twenty you have no heart, if you're not a conservative at forty you have no brain.

This is another thread Thread: 5 Months Before His Assassination, JFK SIgned Executive Order Getting Rid Of Federal Reserve. (Page 2) worth reading..

We need to get people's attention and get this stopped once and for all... this needs to be unravelled and we need to get our country back

The same people involved in jfk were involved in 9 11, and the same people benefited.

They got jfk for making noises about dimona and cutting off financial aid, and they trried to sink USS Liberty because they overheard the Iz prepping nuclear option against the muz.

Exactly. According to Michael Collins Piper Iz company is in charge of USSA's nukes as well. Inconceivable!

And never forget their "Sampson Option."

JFK wanted to put a stop to these psychos getting nukes.

Palestine is a microcosm of what these monsters want for the whole planet.

George H Bush and his father Prescott Bush are the ones who did Kennedy.

This is why its still a mystery to most is because the old man Bush is not only still alive but still very much in control of the power structures in America.

That is an excellent point about the Bushes and that George HW Bush is still what passes for "alive" today. I heard last night on a radio show with different assassination researchers that George W. Bush, Baby Bush, had (I believe the number was) 55,000 JFK assassination documents that had been released RE-CLASSIFIED AS SECRET and that to possess one would be considered a "felony". Now....WHY would he do that? Could it be to protect his daddy and his daddy's rep? And of course, all the other establishment figures as well, as this murder was done by a system. A system that as another poster pointed out...was also behind 9/11 and many of the other terrible things that have happened to us in the past 50 years.

Kennedy wasn't the ONLY guy to get shot by the Feds back then. Bobby his brother, students at Kent State in Ohio and various other foreign dignitaries and religious leaders.

It matters because it shows all of us...

Humans are incapable of reasoning out their differences, and achieving any compromise and balance.

Humans are only capable of heinous atrocity.

That a small insignificant cabal of sick, and diseased vermin can "get their way" through violence and despotism.

Not as much certainly as no one living remembers that, of course, and there are plenty of living people who DO remember the JFK murder (and maybe some alive who participated in some way...paging GHW Bush....). Also we pretty much know what happened with the Caesar murder, the Senators who killed him and who took over. It's a good blueprint for political murder. But we live in 21st century USA where the effects of this crime have been reverberating for 50 years, and the criminal system that took over is STILL IN PLACE and still running the country and creating abominations like 9/11. They are still destroying our country for their own benefit.

But it started with JFK. If they can kill the President of the United States - then the most powerful man in the world - in broad daylight next to his wife and a large crowd....what can't they do? It was the ultimate act of hubris and it has fueled them for decades. The other people died directly or indirectly as a result of the JFK murder. I prefer the word murder over assassination as assassination has such a clinical, cleaner, more impersonal ring to it. This was murder most foul, as in the best it is.
