Subject Why the JFK Assassination IS STILL IMPORTANT and why it should matter to YOU

Many people now, 50 years after the murder of JFK ask "Why should we still care about this - it's so long ago?" "There are so many other scandals or problems or false flags to care about." "I don't like what JFK did", "I don't like Democrats". Many are just too young to remember, of course, and they're tired of hearing about it at different points in their lives. "It's too complicated", "We'll never know who really killed Kennedy".

It matters to me because I remember the day Kennedy was killed. I was 7 years old and my principal announced it over the school PA. I was in second grade reading class. I walked home alone that day (usually I walked with a group of older girls) and I remember how absolutely SILENT those streets were...for blocks. (And yes, back then a 7 year old could walk safely for several blocks by herself even on a city street.) When I got home, my mother and everyone else was crying. We watched the coverage on our B&W TV all day Saturday and into Sunday, where we saw Oswald murdered on live television. We then all watched the sad state funeral, and I remember the Kennedy children particularly, probably because I was a child too. I have never forgotten this and I remember it like yesterday.

Years went on and we went full blast into the disaster of the Vietnam War. Vietnam was where I became aware of politics and government and how much they lie. As I got older I began, like most Americans, to question the Warren Commission results and to start reading the "conspiracy" books. The JFK assassination was MY personal inauguration into an understanding of how the world really works, and how the government, and media, and all of the authorities were full of lies and cover ups. That's where it started for many of us - and blossomed from there. It's the beginning point of literally EVERYTHING ELSE.

The JFK assassination matters because IT WAS A COUP D'ETAT by the intelligence system THAT STILL CONTROLS THIS COUNTRY. They have NOT gone away! These are not just individual men who got old and died - this is a whole system! It is the military industrial complex that Eisenhower warned us about. The Kennedy assassination and the Warren Commission conspiracy theory of Lee Harvey Oswald as lone assassin, is the FOUNDING MYTH OF THIS NSA/CIA/CORPORATIST REGIME. THAT IS WHY THEY KEEP PRESERVING AND SUPPORTING THE MYTH OF THE LONE NUT AND CONTINUE TO HIDE THE EVIDENCE.

In Dallas there are plans underway to actually RECONSTRUCT the roads in Dealey Plaza (after they removed the white crosses marking the road where JFK was murdered) so that no one will be able to completely reconstruct the crime. After 50 years, they are STILL HIDING EVIDENCE.

And we only have to look at the TV shows over the past couple of weeks, ALL OF THEM supporting the corrupt, lying Warren Commission Lone Nut theory. If it no longer mattered, why would they keep promoting the lies so diligently? The entire system is devoted to it.

JFK's murder 50 years ago was more than the murder of a man. It was the murder of our country. And the system that spawned the murderers is still in charge and plotting against us every day. If the JFK murder were completely and honestly investigated, criminal agencies like the NSA and CIA and FBI would be tarred with so much shame that there could be no legitimate reason for their continued existence.

The JFK assassination should be important to US, because it is important to THEM. That's a good reason for us to care.
