Yes! I met this dude who was wearing the same shoes as I was too that made it even weirder. His name too sounded familiar, they say it's the.mind playing tricks on you, you pick up on facial patterns and it happens to fit a similar mold so you think you have seen this person before. Now combine that with deja vu and the bastard wearing the same shoes as I!!!!

Yes. All the time. But that is my fault. I actively search out the people I see in my dreams. If I end up finding anyone I can remember in my dreams, it's as if that person has seen me in their dreams too.
