I do, but it wasn't me that this happened to. I don't use Facebook so....I guess I'm a lost cause for ads. This was told to me by someone specifically about Facebook ads, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if they were listening on the cell phones too. Anything with a mic. And we can't forget the cameras either.
Thanks for bringing that up, excellent point. Actually I don't think my source has a Google phone, just some kind of really basic cell phone. These seem to be conversations that took place in the house though, among family members.

But I wanted people to focus specifically on their computers and Facebook because the ads apparrently have been pretty....specific. I mean about products and services that are not commonly used or mentioned. Creepy!!! taking the battery out is the only way you can turn it off It's kind of cumbersome esp if you go back and forth in use, but it might be the only way for now...until the fridge starts listening to us, lol....well...maybe it is for all I know.
