The law of supply and demand. Price goes down due to more resources resulted from low demand.

People have no jobs and no money to go anywhere, kaput they stay put.

Diesel price is still the same, because without trucks, we would have empty shelves all over the US supermarket, malls, warehouses etc.,

Preparing for Iran attack by Israel, will send prices skyrocketing. Had to get them down as low as possible.
