To obliquely answer the obvious troll, we know that several governments have SOME techniques of weather control and manipulation. That might also include the ability to induce or exaggerate earthquakes. China has openly said that they can control the weather under certain conditions as they announced that for the Olympics. I believe the US and Russia also have some degree of weather control. Now as to whether these countries can create a storm out of nothing....I don't know. But I think they may be able to direct and magnify storms. I see how when there is chemtrailing now, I can predict that there will be rain usually the next day. It happened again today - chemtrailing last night, snow and overcast today. So some weather manipulation IS occurring, we just don't know the extent...or intent.

I think it is something up to debate for intelligent people. That leaves out the trolls....of course.
