You have to ask yourself why Iran would turn down a deal that benefits them so much......because they may already have a nuclear weapon or are so close that the UN would expose them before they can attack Israel or the United States

Once they have the capacity, it's a whole different ball game, and they've seen how North Korea has been handled with kid gloves since they attained the ability to make nukes.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday that the U.S. and its allies had agreed on the tenets of an deal on Iran's nuclear program, only for the Iranians to say they were unable to accept the proposal.

Kerry spoke in Abu Dhabi, where he was holding a news conference with United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al-Nahayan.

"[We were] unified on Saturday when we presented a proposal to the Iranians," Kerry said, "and the French signed off on it, we signed off on it, and everybody agreed it was a fair proposal. There was unity, but Iran couldn't take it at that particular moment, they weren't able to accept that particular thing.''

However, Iran did agree on Monday to allow expanded U.N. monitoring at the country's nuclear sites, including at a new reactor, state TV reported, in a deal that could boost the wider negotiations over Tehran's atomic program. The so-called "roadmap" described by Iran's state TV would give the inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency access to a key uranium mine and the site of a planned heavy water reactor, which uses a different type of coolant than regular water and produces a greater amount of plutonium byproduct than conventional reactors.

Broader negotiations between the U.S., Iran, the other four permanent members of the United Nations Security Council (Great Britain, France, Russia, and China), and Germany ended Saturday in Geneva without a deal being struck, though negotiations are scheduled to resume November 20.

In the aftermath of the negotiations, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius was heard telling a French radio station that his country would not be party to a "con game." That statement led to reports that Fabius had torpedoed the deal by raising concerns that it had been too lenient toward Iran. Kerry's statement Monday constitutes the first denial that there were divisions among the negotiating allies in Geneva.

Kerry also said that that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's rejection of a deal to limit Iran's nuclear ambitions was premature.

"The time to oppose it is when you see what it is, not to oppose the effort to find out what is possible," Kerry said.

Netanyahu has repeatedly criticized what he considers readiness by the six powers involved in the talks to be too generous to Iran and has aggressively campaigned against an agreement.

None of those news sources are mentioning legal energy-and medical related use of nuclear products which is in keeping with peaceable use as written by the IAEA.
Every country in the middle east has this right including Iran..who by the way invite inspections of all development sites, anytime, anywhere. And yet this full cooperation is ignored as yammering goes on. You can't do anything with accusers who ignore factual evidence and cooperation which refutes evidence however clearly and properly presented.

Netanyahu is a raging lunatic whose country by the way has never once permitted a single inspection by the IAEA for their 200-400 nuclear WEAPONS.
