The truth is, the shooting in which the Anthony Smith guy pictured died and the other injured, was, according to police and street sources, was your every-day beef playing out after they left the club one night. The police have since arrested and pretty much closed the case on their murder.

I read the toronto star most day, and been keeping up on their coverage of the rob ford saga.

the way they write the stories, they never elaborate on the CIRCUMSTANCES of the guy being murdered, instead the narrative seems to imply the guy might have been killed over it!!!

When the police chief confirmed the existence of the video, Toronto Star had a COMPLETE 'FORD SAGA' special section in the paper that next morning,

In the 10-20 pages, there was ONE BLURB / TINY REFERENCE explaining the circumstances of Anthony Smith's (solved) murder, and who has since been charged for it.

With the way the rest of the story is spun by the star, you're lead to think there might just be some connection between smith's murder and ford/seeking the tape.

Now what, the toronto star buys and releases this video of rob ford ranting about killing someone, and you're made to think it might be him talking about doing in Smith???

He is obviously not drunk in this video, but definitely HIGH, quite possibly on crack,

There is NO context to this hidden video, of whats obviously him fired up on drugs, but what sounds like him ranting about a WRESTLING match???

rob ford is a wrestling fan, it sounds like he talking about going in the ring with someone, especially since there has been some celebrity/political boxing exhibitions fights for the media lately in the news,

Someone could be taking advantage of him high as a kite, asking him 'who would you wanna have a go with in the ring brotha?"


I'm all for the most far fetched conspiracies, but this isn't it!

What bothers me the most, is the hypocrisy. First off, as a conspiricy theorist, i consider most politicians to be corrupt snakes, only out to benefit themselves and their friends, and things are RIPE with corruption, and often, exploited and extorted over their vices, women, drugs, booze, gambling, you name it!


So for a politician to go down over a drug or sex scandal, you just wonder, "who is really behind this?"

Now, in rob ford's case, he is his own worst enemy, and this scandal is an embarrassing mess for EVERYONE involved, the media should be ashamed of themselves how they've spun this into a local news frenzy.

Since when do we believe the mainstream news anyways?

I'm not for or against rob ford anyways, the guy to me seems HARMLESS and knows how to have a good time, the political system is a joke and i don't even bother to talk politics or engage in the media babble.

I agree with you that there might be other things at play here.
But those Ford brothers (especially Doug) are not harmless.
Rob especially is not harmless to himself. He is going to drop dead unless he gets some help. He has deteriorated so badly this year.

Nahh I don't think the video is about a wrestling match! It sounds like he is coked out of his mind, and talking about what they are going to do when they catch the dude with evidence against him. Definitely does not sound innocent like a wresting match IMO.
